OUTLOOK DISTRIBUTION LISTS AND DELEGATE PERMISSIONS (from 10/26/2012 Weekly Bulletin)
All staff is encouraged to review and update distribution lists and delegate permissions within Outlook. Individuals that no longer work for BCPS should be deleted from distribution lists and as delegates. Staff is encouraged to periodically update distribution lists and delegates. Keeping distribution lists and delegates up-to-date will eliminate many non-deliverable messages and will reduce unnecessary e-mail traffic. See these procedures on how to add or update delegates.
